At TC Running Co, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your miles ahead. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and include the original footwear box if applicable.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your gear, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
